In need of prayers or at least positive thoughts

Post by Kalola » 10 Jul 2012, 04:58

For those who probably do not know, I was admitted to the hospital on Friday, June 29 and released to go home on Sunday, July 8. I had a massive infection in a groin abscess that led to acute renal failure. The infection was spreading through my body and started attacking my liver. I had surgery on Friday, July 6. This has been extremely traumatic. I feel if I start crying I won't be able to stop. The bishop of our ward has been a tremendous support to me and my DH. We cannot thank him enough. I could not have made it this far without the two health blessings I received. Please keep a good thought for my continued recovery.

Thank you.

Will do so...thoughts and prayers are with you.

Kalola, thank you for letting us know.
Even though it may seem like we don't know each other in this forum,
we really do.

All my best & I will pray for you.

Mike from Milton.

Positive thoughts and prayers are on the way. Best wishes for getting better soon.

Okay.

Will do.

I think of you occasionally and wonder how you are doing.

Even if people view many things differently, the core Gospel principles (LOVE; belief in the unseen but hoped; self-reflective change; symbolic cleansing; striving to recognize the will of the divine; never giving up) are universal.

You have both my prayers and positive thoughts. Get well.

Prayers your way. Hope all goes well.
