Watching this documentary today. If you haven't seen it, it features several former Sea World trainers and some former staff talking about the lies they were told about killer whales in captivity (for example, they were told, and told guests in return, that killer whales live longer in captivity due to veterinary care, when in reality they live several decades longer in the wild) and how violent attacks by the killer whales against trainers was covered up. It's a very touching and sickening tale about the beauty of Orcas and their capture and mistreatment by amusement park owners. You can't help but draw parallels between the trainers' experiences with being dealt misinformation and your own experience in the church. I'm sure people would call them "anti-sea world" or some such nonsense.
